Talk to Pediatrician on Constipation

Assalamualikum my 13 months old daughter have a severe constipation.I am giving her gripe water but she passes her stool very tight. Please suggest me what should I give her to get rid off ?she is on top feed enfagrow stage 3
increase intake of water..
Add fibre rich diet (wheat bread,fruits n vegetables ..reduce intake of just milk...improve her weaning...
syp.lactulose 1+0+1…..for 3days until loose stool started
dear concerned mother kindly decrease her milk intake and increase her fiber intake like fruits vegetables etc... and bring her to clinic for further assessment and evaluation of constipation
please consult in clinic, we have to do dietary management along with some supplements..also need some blood test like CBC and TSH...
