Salam my sister is 10 years old. She passed hard stool 2 days back and since then she’s having pain in her anus part. Her anus part has started itching from yesterday too. She didn’t pass stool after that hard stool . Gave her duphalac syrup but stool didn’t come. She’s complaining too much pain
