My 11 month old having flue from 12 days some time it become runny n some tym it dried other problem including cough r let me know wht to do to cure it aleady using steam n saline drops

If he has no fever and cough it should settle without any treatment. No need for steam inhalation or nasal drops. If runny nose disturbs his sleep you then use small dose of antihistamine syrup at night which in hospital practice seldom used.
Aconitum 30 + Allium cepa 30
3..3 drops 6 times aday in 1 tbsp water
for fever give panadol ..
give licorice syrup
u can make .. 1 cup of water add 2 stick licorice
half inch ginger .. 2 clove (Loung) boiled for 5 to 8 min add 2 tsp honey n then give 1tsp 3 times aday inshAllah will fine
