Talk to Pediatrician on Cough

My daughter is having congestion every other month since 2 years..tried homeopathic but no improvement.i HV been nebulisizing her and given her amoxil forte 2 times.she used to get well soon with that.when she gets congestion her chest moves faster and she breathes very fast and get exhausted.what advice can u give
