yes you can use coferb but best is use of nebulization too it will relieve cough and flu

Cough Syrups not recommended before 2 years
use normal saline nebulization if cough with fever or other prblam use medicatión after chkup
yes you can.i.but best is nebulization at this age.also it depends on cause. either there is throat congestion. if cough not resolved then get proper check up from nearest pediatrician
