Talk to Pediatrician on Cough During Sleep

My 11 year old daughter cough only at night or while sleeping in day time only. Its been 1.5 months but she is not recovering. I am giving her acefyl for a week now and i nebulize her and i have also tried desi totkas like giving honey or joshanda in warm milk but her cough is not stoping. She get really disturbed at night due to cough. I dont give any cold thing to her. Please help. TIA
