My daughter is 2 years old and since a week she is coughing badly especially when she sleeps in the middle of sleep she coughs alot
is there any history of allergy or asthma in family ?

start syp Azomax 2.5ml once a day for 5 days....
change daily bed sheet and pilow cover.
nebulize with normal saline 2ml specially before sleep or 3 times in a day.
syp actidil 2.5 ml three times in a day. for 7 days
