My nephew having constipation from the start. Visited many doctors n surgeons but they surgery is needed which should b done after 12 guide what should b given to relieve constipation in nrml routine he cant pass stool even 6 7 days

Syp duphalac 1tsf twice a day for 14 days regularly
Increase fiber in diet, whole grain, vegetablea, fruits, increase intake of water esp lukewarm.
your question is incomplete what kind of surgery advised.?????
please tell whats weight and height of child and post tests which have been done esp barium enema its mandatory to get in chronic constipation patient
