As your baby has already been admitted at NICU, the fact of the matter is the current clinical status is best known to the doctor, attending the baby n he knows the prognosis, so it would be much reasonable to ask the concerned doctor rather than putting a vague question on this specific platform when any doctor has not personally n physically examined the baby on critical grounds.
