Yes he does says aja if he wants to call someone
He can tell few animal sounds and calls me amma

V dont expect full speech at this age. If he is using few words like mama pani, baba aja ect than its ok. Just wait n watch. If u want to get him checked than i will suggest a hearing test and check his mouth for tongue tie. Give him attention,
talk to him and check his response to explore social cause of delayed speech.
