In the UK children with developmental delay are taken care of by Community Paediatrics Services. Such children need services of a multidisciplinary team comprising of Developmental Paediatricians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, behavioural therapists, social workers and may be neurologists. All this is available under Community Paediatrics Services. If you are residing in the UK it is the best your child can avail there. I’m surprised if you are not aware of this facility.
