my 3 years old son is having upset stomach .. after every 2 days he feel nausia and vomit and since morning he is having watery diahheria.. kindly suggest a good medicine

Saath hi halka, easily digestible khana jese chawal, dal ka paani aur kele dene ki koshish karein.
