continue give him panadol 2 to 3 times aday. and make apointment
excessive medicine will cause diarrhoea take Consultation with child specialist meanwhile you can do this
nebulize with 2cc normal saline thrice a day
norsaline p nasal drop 1 drop in each nostril before feed 6hourly
syp Zyrtec 2ml once a day in night
- Start to give Osmolar Nimkol.
- Continue Breast Feed.
- Start soft food i-e Yogurt, Banana, Khachri, Crealac rice.
- Take care of Hygiene.
- Stop to give fresh milk/ Bottle.
- Syp. Zincat OD 1/2tsf daily.
- Clean the Nose.
