Please tag a paediatrician asap. My daughter is 15 months old. Visiting Pakistan first time been almost 3 months here. Kal sham us ne khana khaya but khanay k doraan hi vomit krdi (food). Phr ussay thoray motions hogaye. Raat 5-6 pe ussay motion hua or phr 10-11 pe dobarah. Us time i tried to feed her banana but 2 bites k baad hi ulti krdi itni k banana nikal gaya. She is just on milk since yesterday. Just recovered from cold. But the coughing with phlegm was still there.

Baby needs proper examination and evaluation for dehydration but if can take orally
Start ORS (low osmolar) about half cup after every vomit or loose stool, in sips.
Start Syp Hiflox 250 mg (2.5 cc twice a day)
ADEK-Z drops one dropper once a day for 2weeks

- Start to give him ORS.
- Give attention to Hygiene.
- Give him soft and hygienic food, small quantity and small interval.
- Don't give him bottle feed.
- Syp. Zincat OD 1tsf daily.
This is acute gastroenteritis.
As the child is unable to tolerate feeds and vomits so frequently along with diarrhea, so she may have dehydration or at risk of being dehydrated.
Please visit a Pediatrician ASAP.
Start Low Osmolar ORS
mix 1 packet in 500ml of water and feed her as much as possible till you reach hospital
