Doctor Meri beti 3 months 20 days ki hai. Start sy mother feed and meiji fmt derhi hun. Isy Saturday ko immunity vaccine lgi hain. 3 injections (14 months) us din isy bht drd tha or temperature bhi isliye penadol dia twice a day. On the very next morning she vomited. And after that us din din mn do bar stool pass kiya. Usky bad Monday, Tuesday or aj b jb feeder leti hai to sath e watery stool pass krdeti h. Esa din mn 4 bar hony lg gya. Baki wo active ha ma sha Allah. Dudh b pee leti hai. Or koi esa symptom ni.
Kya main isko doctor k pas leke jaun? Ya kitny din wait gripe water dun?
At this age babies can pas stool with every feed, thats normal. Most probably it is not related to vaccination. No need for gripe water or any medication. Try to exclusively give breast milk and stop formula. She will be fine InshAllah.

Yellow curdy sa hota but sath mn bht zyada water hota. Agar diaper lga ho to wo thora sa yellow uper reh jata baki sink hojata.

Baki wo active hau ma sha Allah. Feed b normal krti hai. It's been the 6th day. Quantity subha ki zyada hoti. Aj baki 4 times thora thora poop kiya hai.

observe karein for a day. if the stools get too frequent or too watery ya baby drowsy hone lage ya frequently vomit kare toh get checked foran
