Use ORS and immediately take ti to nearest Government hospital emergency to Management of ER situation
w.salam. diarrhea preceded by vomiting with mild fever is moslty viral diarrhea. make sure her fluid intake is adequate and prevent dehydration. give her yogurt and banana . you can also add some probiotic. if there is blood is stool or high fever ,consult a doctor.
