assalam o Alaikum, I'm a newly mother of 2 months baba boy, I've shifted his milk from aptamil to NAN1 before a week. My son is serving from watery stool and curled like phata hua dudh, I don't know what the reason is? and from one week my baba is spitting Saliva and putting his hand in his mouth even when he is not hungry, reason? kindly answer my query. I'm giving him gripe water as well. attaching pics.

mother feed is best try mother feed more,Baby is active or not ,feed achay se lae raha he ,sust to nhe ho raha if all normal dnt worry babay har feed k bad bhe stool kar sakte hen or ye semisolid stool he urine k sath mix koi masla nhe or salive nikalna bhe normal he is age me .but in case baby 8 to 10 loose stool kre lethargic ho feed nhe kare come to clinic or online consultation

when we switch milk then mostly baby gut is disturbing might be tht why he is facing this problem..baby is too small tht why you take online consultation meanwhile follow this advice
