Talk to Pediatrician on Diet Issue
Asking For Someone else, Father, Female, 3 Years old, Bahawalpur
Aoa I have twin daughters with the age of 3 years. From the birth we have found they have a less appetite. Right now we are giving them Nido along-with Cerelac. Oral diet is very less which is effecting the sleep timings and exaggerating the mood swings. Please advise some medicine or drops so that we can improve their diet.

get a CBC , serum Feritin from good lab then consult child specialist for medication via appointment online ..
Walaikum Assalam. For growth concerns, need to review your daughters diet, weight, height and other parameters. Iron deficiency anemia is among the common causes for mood instability. Get CBC, Serum Iron level done. Till that time you can start Syp Lysovit 5 ml once daily. Also do deworming by giving Syp Vermox 5 ml twice daily for 3 days.
