Talk to Pediatrician on Difficulty In Passing Stool - 4month Child

my daughter aged 4 months is having severe problem in passing stool for over a month. we went twice to 2x different pediatricians, and both said it is normal condition. She only passes stoop after injecting half of glycerin suppository. we are giving infacol drops, gripe water, arq e sheeren and some times digas drops. unless we inject her glycerin suppository she won't pass stool. she cries and gives her mom a tough time in feeding her. she is purely on mother feed. pls help.

Syp Duphalac 1/2 tea spoon every 8 hrs for constipation. It wil resolve. If still no result then book appointment

she is getting mother feed without any resistance. she never became red or squeeze her gands while paani stool after injecting half glycerin suppository

- Continue Breast Feed.
- Stop to give him Formula milk.
- Start to give him Syp. Vidyallin 1tsf 12hourly, Inshallah she will pass motion daily.

dear dr thank you for your response. we are already giving vidalyn syrup. she is purely on mother feed. so far i have come to realised that she has difficulty in passing stool only since when we give her suppository glycerin then stool passed is very soft and never it was hard. need assistance in actually passing stool.
