Every baby has to erupt teeth. It’s a natural process. You can give Panadol drops if baby gets irritated as per need. Don’t worry it will settle in sha Allah. Or u can apply teething drops on the gums once or twice a day or even thrice

Provide safe, age-appropriate teething toys made of rubber or other materials that babies can chew on. Offer a chilled washcloth to gently rub or massage the gums. Avoid from teething gels or tablets containing benzocaine or lidocaine, as they can be dangerous.

Jo bachay danth nikaltay hain unkay gums mein pain hota hay aur woh pain kaan tak bhi jasakta hay jiski wajah se bachay rotey hain…agar tu bachay ko fever nahin hay tu daanth nikalnay ki wajah se hay yeh dard jiskay liye panadol istemal kersaktay hain lakin agar kaan k dard k sath bukhar bhi hay tu phir infection hay kaan mein jis k liye doctor ko dekhana zaroori hay aur antibiotics start kerna hongay.
