can we take ensure while breastfeeding, my gastro doctor suggested me . he said k ak glass mein 6 spoons Kee jaga 2 spoons daal lain. Mera pait aksar khrab rehta hai malabsorption ka issue hai, to doodh nai pee sakti itna. so he suggested ensure. kindly reply. baby is 2 month old.

u can add ensure in milk aswell
