My baby boy 20 days is on exclusive breast feeding.. when the baby is away or when i am away i express the milk with a pump in a feeder n feed him on it.. i want to ask how should i keep it.. like should i keep the expressed milk in fridge.. n then microwave it before feeding ? Or can it b used at room temprature?? For how long can i store the milk without altering its properties...
EBM can be kept in room temperature for 4 hours and can be refrigerated for 72 hours.
Avoid to microwave it...if microwaved stir it properly before using.

yes you should to let it warm .
