Salam, main bohat pareshan hoon meri rehnumai farma dein. Mera beta hai 5months ka uske raat mein fever hogaya subah hospital check karwaya tou 103 ka bukhaar or chest jaam tha. Wahan napa kiya uska. Or medicines di, cebosh, panadol, softin or dolor, but 7hours ho gaye hain abhi tak fever kam nahin hua na araam aaya usko. Chest ki wajah se raat se bacha feed bhi nahin kar paa raha abhi, nebulise bhi karwaya, kindly bta dein kya karoo

usually I don't prescribe antibiotics for few days it may be due to virus some labs r needed at this stage if child doesn't improve than proper drugs r used after going through the reports
