Kindly get a urine DR and CS done for the baby. That could be a hidden cause for persistent fever.
CS is culture and sensitivity.
Then you can visit a Pediatrician in person who can examine the baby and evaluate the cause.

Ok thankyou. Yestrday i visited dr ghaffar billu. He recomend zetro fr 5 days mytica fr 1 month and zyrtec fr a week. And followup nxt month
