AOA
Your kid is having nutritional anaemia, most probably due to iron deficiency. Some times it is due to poor weaning and excessive use of milk or/and other causes of physiological anaemia of infancy.
Secondly, has infection currently.
Now your question of blisters in mouth. It may be due to excessive antibiotic use or immune system weakness (oral thrush/candidisis) or drug induced. Most probably your treating paediatrition will diagnose the cause and appropriate treatment/management will lead to recover the blister.

Wa Alaikum us Salam

There are 2 issues in these report.

1- Infection markers like W.B.C and CRP are increased which indicate
infection and most likely doctors have already started appropriate
antibiotics as you mentioned in your query.

2- Your child blood test also indicate that Haemogloubin level is low
which in this age is mostly likely related to poor dietary Iron intake.
you need to look at his diet and he will also need iron supplements
along with dietary changes if needed. your pediatrician needs to look at
this once your child recover from acute infection.
