Talk to Pediatrician on Fever

my kids are suffering from fever since last day, their temperature was more the 38.2 Celsius , their age respectively. 5 ,3.5 , 2 year . today I take them to a local clinic where doctor gave injection and syrups like red, orange , white , those were I think brufin and some suspension dose. but after dose at Night nearly at 3am they all got high fever about 100 degree. should sponge them and let them remain out of blanket or not , please guide
