Talk to Pediatrician on Fever After Every 5 To 6 Hours From A Week Ago

my daughter age 3 is suffering from fever of 101 from last week till now.. she has only fever not any flu or thorat infection or motion etc.. i m giving med panadol or tracica plus azomax but she suffer again from fever 5 to 6 hours after giving med.. her colour is also becoming pale day by day.. she is already very m going for cbc test.. any more suggestion?? m very worried about her
