WAS. Continue giving panadol. 8 hourly. Document fever with a thermometer every 6 hours . if over 101 and doesn’t settle with only panadol, you can give syrup brufen 1 Tsf four hours after panadol dose. For example: 12 pm panadol, 4 pm brufen, 8 pm panadol , 12 am brufen and so on. stop tempramine. Give syrup Tday 2.5 ml once a day instead.
Body garam pe na jaeyin, proper check kerein thermometer se. Thora churchiest pan Hota hai bemari Mein. Khana peena theek Rehna chahye bache ka.
