If u have started antibiotic in last 1-2 days only, you should continue with that and give some time ... and even if it's not the case, you should first consult the same / another doctor ... please don't start / change any antibiotic without doctors advice .. without knowing the cause of your child's fever, you should not change antibiotic

My son has completed 5 days course of sespen .but still he has flu and cough.he is 8 months delivered. because of he is very sensitive to cautch viruses.i was asking that is he need another strong antibiotic and a Dr should give antibiotic for flu to kids under 5 years.
