Talk to Pediatrician on Fever,from Thursday Night No Other Symptoms

Asslamoalaikum My daughter age is 6 years. She got 100 + fever on Thursday night with no any other symptoms.,i gave her Panadol she was fine Then next day( Friday) se went school , but at 5pn.again fever , Now till Sunday fever is on and off around 100+ .no symptoms, she is active ,eats well,play even she doesn't feel she has a fever. Sometimes fever comes after 12 hours or sometimes 5 hours, Is it any type of viral ???
Wsalam have you measured it from thermometer?? If yes what was the reading? And if she\'s having fever you must visit doctor please don\'t give panadol for longer periodof time without recommendation (it only settle the fever) can not remove the root cause of fever. Thanks
first of all , I want to mention that ,we will count fever or then 100f below this or up to this ,not a fever , if baby is active, eating well no issue , if fever cross 100 than go for test m.p
