Mu son is 20 days he is having flu and cough and he is on mother feed I also had flu kindly tell what should I do and can I use nebulizer to him

Flu and cough in a new born is quite a tricky condition. Kindly visit your nearest facility and get his vitals checked, especially his chest for any underlying infection to rule of conditions like bronchiolitis or bronchopneumonia.
online suggestion can only be to consider normal saline nebulization while keeping an eye on red flags like high grade fever, reduced feed intake and rapid breathing or difficulty in breathing etc.
you can nebulize the newborn with normal saline 6 hourly and in between give norsaline p Nasal drops every 2 hourly

give him syp acefyl cough 1ml 3 times a day for 7 days and also can nebulize with normal saline
