Anflu vaccine dose for 3-year-old child

Assalam-o-Alaikum Doctor,

My daughter is exactly 3 years old and has never received a seasonal influenza (flu) vaccine before. Her routine Government of Pakistan EPI vaccination course was completed up to 15 months, but influenza vaccine was not part of her routine vaccines.

Vaxigrip and Influvac are currently not available, while Anflu (Sinovac) is available.

Could you please confirm specifically for Anflu

1. Should a first-time 3-year-old child receive one 0.5 mL dose or two 0.5 mL doses 4 weeks apart? 2. If two doses are required, should the second dose also be Anflu? 3. Is the current Anflu formulation approved for a 3-year-old child in Pakistan?

Thank you.
