Talk to Pediatrician on Gastrointestinal Problem

My 2 years daughter is having Gastrointestinal issues. she is having loose motions vomiting and after giving her antibiotics course with other medicines prescribed by her doctor. After getting fine. She is fine for a week or 2 and then she has severe constipation. She is not eating like a 2 year old should. Eats according to her mode. I don't force for eating. Can anyone could tell me the reason for this loose stool and then constipation. I asked many doctors but none has given me satisfactory answer.

what she eats, tell one day food detail?
any low quality eatables from shops, or any hx of soil or paint (anything like that),
content of milk and other foods in one day food list?
Anemia ( khoon ki kami) or signs of vit d deficiency?? weight?

Yes she puts her dirty hands in mouth though I wash her hands often. She drinks milk and little amount of solids. In solids she have boiled egg regularly and other solids depend upon her mode and she driks 3 to 4 feeders of milk during day and 1 to 2 during night. In medical history I have dyspepsia and her grandmother has IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome).

Uptill 1.5 she had powdered milk. She had colic from birth to 5 months of age
