Mostly light green or yellowish green stool is normal in new born child
When there are 3 to 4 stools per 24 hours and the babies are taking artificial formulae & they are around 4 to 5 months of age, the greenish coloured stools are considered to be normal provided there is no gross respiratory tract infection etc.!
