my baby boy is 7 weeks old n is on 90% breast feed n 10%top feed (um a working mum so its inevitable) he use to pass stool daily for 4 5 times from past 2 weeks he passes stool after 2 3 days. n that too green in color n foul smelling... feed is normal n there is no vomiting..

Most probably this is a normal change of bowel habit, try to increase breast feed as formula feed causes some constipation.
its normal bowel habit in babies. increase breast feeding if possible otherwise continue with same routine.
Nothing abnormal unless stool becomes watery, contains blood, any projectile vomitings, high fever.
