Talk to Pediatrician on Hand Burnt By Touching Heater

My 1 year old touched the burning heater what should be done there are blisters formed on all fingers thumb and palm, attaching pictures Right now im applying quench ointment Should it be bandaged or kept open and what should be done so it heals faster.
She s not having any kind of pain right now Thanks

Syp panadol 1 Tsf three times , poly fax plus ointment, xyloaid ointment apply both three times a day
Continue quench ointment after rupturing the blisters with antiseptic methods & continue Panadal Syp for 2 to 3 days
quench cream is a good remedy for burn wounds. better leave the wound open after application. but also should be examined by a doctor preferably a surgeon.
