Talk to Pediatrician on Hand Is Hurt

My little baby scraped her hand against the wall of a building near a road...small erosion is visible...no blood...does she need TT injection??? Please help...I have a pic of her hand I can show so you can judge

Children below 5, who are immunised for age, don't need Tetanus prophylaxis at all, unless some vaccination was missed. Only Panadol should be enough.
