Talk to Pediatrician on Head Jerking

Hi Sir, My little Daughter 3 Year old is very ill due to sudden head jerk and lose her balance (similar to infantile spasm). But jerk or tic is continues and occur after every 10 seconds its started from last 45 days when she was ill due to Diarrhea and Fever . We performed different TEST EEG and Brain CT Scan. EEG is abnormal and the basis of that doctor prescribe CSF Measle antibodies. Alhamdulillah the test 'CSF Measle antibodies' is negative.

First Prescribe these Medicine 1. epival syrup 2.5 ml (Morning and Evening), lamark 2.5+2.5, frisium 10 mg(1/2+1/2+1/2) Used for 10 Days. After that we consult another neurologist he subtract only Frisium 10 mg and Added Revitral drops (2 + 4) and dexamethasone 0.5 (2+2). Now after 8 days using these medicine the child little bit active but the jerking frequency is still the same.

1. Is there possible any disease other than seazure? 2. Plz if possible Suggest best Doctor or Hospital in Pakistan. 3. What other Test need more for
