My daughter is 6.6 yeas old from Tuesday she was suffering from headache suddenly happens to her no previous history on first dy she had 3 episodes followed by vomiting then next two days single episode and she complain severe pain and point she told is temple n forehead am giving her panadol plz tell me what sort of pain this is

plz get her checked esp Blood pressure and also any urinary symptoms like dark colored urine or pain during urination. if no such complaints and blood pressure is within normal limits and eye sight is not an issue then we will consider other causes.

meanwhile u can give her panadol syp/calpol 6+
If urine and eyesight is okay then it might be migraine and some children have aggravating factors or inciting factors like flicking lights, fast music, prolonged fasting, humidity or being in closed space as trigger of migraine headache. Chocolates,coffee aggeavate the pain. She should have plenty of fluids and rest in dark quiet place. Give her panadol and make her rest. This will abort the attack in most people.
