Assalam o Alykum Meri beti 6 year old hai 4 days ho gae headache ki complaint karti hai weight 22 kg hai Flu bhi ni hai eyesight bhi theek hai screen time bhi ni school going hai aur bhut khush ho ke school jati hai roz subah 9 baje pain shuru hota hai 3 to 4 hours wo ussi pain mein rehti hai aur bhut roti hai Panadol deni parti hai Kya wajah ho sakti hai Kis doctor se consult karein Kon se test karwaen please guide kar dein

Wsalam, your if her eye sight is ok keep her well hydrated. There can be other reasons too. I would suggest you not to give too much panadol as well, there are side effects of staggered doses. For proper diagnosis, detailed hx and examination is required. Thanks
