Talk to Pediatrician on High Biluribin Levels And Sunbath

My child aged 7 days (After C-section in 37 weeks) was checked with biluribin levels. Biluribin was 15.5. He was admitted and given phototherapy for 36 hrs. Biluribin levels came diwn till 10. Doctor discharged and asked for Vitamin D drops, Vidyalin drops and sunbath. Since two days we have very cloudy weather and mild sunshine crossing from clouds come at 1 pm. Can we show that mild sunshine to child and will that help reduce biluribin levels? Will child now automatically reduce biluribin with stool or physically? Child is on motherfeed.
