high grade how much you recorded? usually kids newborn, slightly high grade fever is not illness, it is common. But fever with unrest response have to be settled with suspension calpol 120mg/5ml x 1/2 teaspoon PO every 6 hours will settle fever and unrestness, InshALLAH
