Hi doctor, my kid is suffering from high fever and cough from yesterday, visited doctor after check-up advised ARINIC and AUGMENTIN DS 312.50mg, but still kid is not feeling stable and suffering from high fever. looking for urgent and expert advice.

U got to wait for another day if diagnosis is right
Use panadol forte and brufen ds alternatively 4 hourly for fever
And stop arinac
I think continue same treatment for at least 72 hours.
