Aoa. M monther of 7 months old girl. I started giving her cow's milk from sunday. She is digesting Allhamdulillah but becomes constipated. She is so much irritated due to constipation. What is the solution plz guide
Dear worried mother
You just give her Alumina 30 three times a day her constipation will be cure in 1 to 2 days
1. first of all try to give mother feed not other feeds...
2. incase mother feed is not available due to any reason please stop cow milk which is not recommended at this age.
3. if required give any powder formula milk
4. try to avoid bakery items and give vegetables, fruits etc and hone made stuff.
this is functional constipation no medication required, stop cow milk and modify diet things will be better more ... .
