Blood transfusion se baaz okat body ko adjust honay mein thora time lagta hay dosra blood transfusion ki wajah se baaz okat electrolytes ki mamooli disturbance hosakti hay jiski wajah se bacha thaka thaka aur low feel kerta hay..baaz okat hospital janay ki wajah se bhi bacha dar jata hay aur isterha behave kersakta hay…agar bachay ko yeh symptoms zyada dair rahein aur woh sath khana peena bhi chor de tu zaruri hay k kisi dr ko dekhayein doosra zaruri hay k bacha rest pora karey aur pani zyada dein takey hydration status acha rahay oskay sath electrolytes bhi normal hojatay hain..ajj kal garmiyan bhi hain koshish kerein k nimkol pilayein ..

Blood transfusion is not indicated at 8 Hemoglobin. Hope no family history of thalassemia. U can give her iron rich food and give her Syp iron for three months and then repeat Hemoglobin. If not raised them need further workup for underlying cause
