Syp. Zyrtec 3.5ml once at night for 5 days
trim the nails , bath with antiseptic soap in Luke warm water , use soft clothes and give syp rigx 2.5ml rat ko ek martaba
apply permethrin lotion at night below neck all over the body,bath in morning for 3 days,syp cetrizine for 7days
it is normal in resolving phase of dengue. you can use an anti allergic available at home like zyrtec, rigix etc
give syrp Rigix 3ml at night daily , soft kapre pehnaen body ko dry nhe rehne den ,water i take acha rkhen
