18 days old baby girl her vaccination and tests done 1 day back after her delivery initially she was not pale but mother done test for liver functions which showed bilrubin Total 5.41mg/dl);; bil direct 0.15mg/dl) ( bilirubin indirect 5.26) and Tsh also normal and then developed yellow discolouration of eyes tongue and feets after a week of birth then her mother exposed baby on sun for 4 days then yellow discoulation reduced and now looks normal and no test done later but since yesterday baby tongue is yellow, Eyes normal.. Baby normal breast feeds and no other issue her birth weight 2.8kg.. mother blood group B+ and baby father blood group is A+...... Mother was GDM and after delivery mother and baby sugar was normal

You need to get her check up please as Bili is still high at this age and AST is raised too

We went to aku emergency, reports showed they said it is not a problem it can occur in 20 days old baby , go home .discharged us without any treatment. What you say mam?
