Talk to Pediatrician on Lactating Baby

My baby is 6 months old. He is exclusively on mother feed. But now i want him to give mix(BF+TOP) Feed. Can i start top feed for him? He's already started taking solids. Can i give him cow/buffalo's milk as i don't want to give him formula milk. And how much?

Avoid cow/buffalo milk.continue own formula which baby is taking start proper weaning.u can take help of nutritionist
Cow milk after 1 yrs
If breast milk is insufficient then add on formula milk
continue mother feed and don't add baffalo milk and and start weaning.

Start giving him more solids. Do not give cow/buffalo's milk before 1 year of age. You can only add small amount of it in kheer, dalia etc. Give Formula milk instead for bottle feeding.

breast or formula feed till 1.5 years, no fresh milk till then but start semi solid foods now and decrease milk intake.
