Talk to Pediatrician on Lactose Overload

My baby is 16 days old .he was on formula milk first 5 days thn shifted to breast feed.. from 5 6 days he is having symptoms of lactose overload including green stringy stool with foul smell n gas ti treate this issue n how to increase lactase enzyme to breakdown is this lacyose overload issue is harmful fr the baby? N what is the treatment of that
can use colibid drops to improve milk digestion
just want to ask tht color stool became yellow or still green since birth
no need to perform ay test

N if baby wants to feed continue for 30 min should i r i should limit the milk intake of the ks alot for ur guidance ..

It was yellow in formula milk n evenn after breast feed 3 n 4 days stool colour is yellow after tht it become green.. is it can b secondary lactose we perform stool testvit will help to find out issue??
