Talk to Pediatrician on Loose Green Motions

My baby is 11 months old, she is teeting, she is on mothers feed and some semi solids like sagu dana, suji only. The problem is that from few days she is having loose green motions. And she is not gaining weight her weight is 6.4kg. Can any doc suggest whats wrong with her and what should we do for quick recovery? JazakAllah Khair

shortly give Enflor Sachet ORS and Syp Zincat aik dafa
use only boiled water for her, continue soft give low osmolar ORS after every loose stool, enflor sachet 1 daily for 3 days and syp zincat 1 spoon daily for 2 weeks
